Jonathan was very thorough and knowledgable, and took the time to send me hundreds of photos and videos of the car throughout the inspection. These were crucial because I'm currently abroad. Jonathan would have been rated as "awesome" until I found out after purchasing the vehicle he inspected, that his report included major factual inaccuracies regarding the vehicle's features - meaning it was missing features worth £1,000s - which had been factored into the price paid for the vehicle. Sadly, I am now forced to begin CarExamer's formal complaints process which will undoubtedly result in me losing many more hours of my time.
