- Add your contact details, and those of the vendor.
- Choose your preferred date and time.
- Add background info and notes for the inspector – the more detail you can give, the better prepared we are to undergo your vehicle inspection. Note down any concerns or questions, links to the vehicle advert (if online) and vehicle history check.
- Your designated vehicle inspector will arrive to the agreed location to inspect the vehicle at the designated time.
- Once the car inspection is started, you will receive a text notification that your vehicle inspection has been started.
- Once the car inspection is complete, you will receive a text notification that your vehicle report is available to view in your CarExamer.com account.
- Your card will be charged, and you’ll receive confirmation and a link to view your report by email.
- All inspection reports come with report sharable link and should be shared with seller for transparency - inspectors do advise sellers on some faults due to open transparency policy, especially where safety is compromised or defect is dangerous or unsafe as we encourage this as it’s required for fair negotiation process.
