Jonathan was very detailed and thorough with the inspection and made sure to include every crucial detail for those inspection items which were not normal. I called to go through the report with Jonathan and he came across as extremely well versed in mechanics as he was able to draw from his experience to help explain certain inspection points on this inspection. Jonathan would have been rated as "awesome" until I found out after purchasing the vehicle he inspected, that his report included major factual inaccuracies regarding the vehicle's features - meaning it was missing features worth £1,000s - which had been factored into the price paid for the vehicle. Sadly, I am now forced to begin CarExamer's formal complaints process which will undoubtedly result in me losing many more hours of my time.
