Jonathan would have been rated as "awesome" until I found out after purchasing the vehicle he inspected, that his report included major factual inaccuracies regarding the vehicle's features - meaning it was missing features worth £1,000s - which had been factored into the price paid for the vehicle. Sadly, I am now forced to begin CarExamer's formal complaints process which will undoubtedly result in me losing many more hours of my time.
