Klavs was unfortunately held up in a lot a bad traffic but still completed his inspection of the car I had booked, despite having to complete the report very late that same evening. That was just as professional as the extensive report with in-depth detail, pictures and concerns that allowed me to successfully negotiate a reduction on the price, and it allowed the dealer to further prove his honesty and integrity on resolving all the concerns highlighted in the thorough report. I am very pleased with this service and will not hesitate to use it again, and I will certainly refer it to anyone prior to spending thousands of pounds on a car. Very professional and detailed report by Klavs. His report made me aware of various faults the car I was intending to purchase had. Consequently, I had decided not to buy it. Most probable that Carexamer saved me a lot of inconvenience and money.
