Klavs was excellent from start to finish. His level to detail is far superior to some other inspections companies you may be thinking of. He is a total professional with superb communication and customer service. Really cannot fault him. His report was extensive and easy to understand and if you are unsure on anything he will guide you. To be able to see a video and then receive a very informative call after the inspection is a nice and welcomed touch. The result of the inspection enlightened me to something that I would have never known about and therefore helped me make the right decision about the vehicle, money well spent! Obviously I was a little skeptical of using a young and not so well known company; I read the reviews online and even shadowed Klavs and his business model on youtube. He is totally transparent, refreshingly morally correct and building one of the best dynamic start-ups I’ve seen, kudos to Klavs and his employees.
