- ULEZ: covers all vehicles driven within the central London area
- LEZ: covers HGVs, lorries, vans, buses, coaches, minibuses and other specialist diesel vehicles driven within Greater London
The ULEZ operates every day of the year except Christmas Day (25 December) and the LEZ operates every day of the year - charging days run from midnight to midnight. You might also need to pay the Congestion Charge.
