The buyer's story
Why they booked
The BENTLEY looked attractive and well presented, but during the viewing a warning light appeared on the dashboard.
The seller suggested it was nothing serious, possibly just a sensor. Paul P. was not comfortable accepting that explanation without checking further. Warning lights can sometimes be minor, but they can also point to expensive electrical, emissions, engine, or safety system problems.
Paul P. booked a Premium inspection before making any commitment.
Booking reason
They booked because the warning light changed the risk level, and they wanted an independent view before buying.

Inspection findings
I have been added everything as best as possible. Understand its 23 year old Bentley with list of advisories and potential issues all would be expected on this type of the vehicle at this age. Slowly degrading. Decision leave you to make.
Prior to carrying out a road test under bonnet fluid levels were checked and found to be correct, at this point the vehicle was started with no permanent warning lights displayed on the driver’s information panel, with the vehicle started readily from cold.
The road test was carried out at speeds of up to 70mph, in mixed road and traffic conditions.
During the road test the pay attention to the performance of the engine and transmission with the engine and transmission performance be considered in line with a similar vehicle the same make and model the similar mileage.
Throughout the course of the road test the vehicle handled and performed in a good manner, steered the chosen path of travel correctly and was free from any abnormal noise or vibration.
During the road test there was no evidence of any excessive smoke from the exhaust, undue audible noises from the transmission and no evidence of overheating.
With final checks revealing no evidence of coolant leaks in and around the engine bay, or evidence of major oil leakage around the engine bay and or on the underside of the vehicle.
Overall conclusion vehicle is in average condition for the age and mileage. List of advisories as expected for the age. ⚠️
Vehicle aesthetic is good to average for the age with previous bodyworks carried out considered acceptable for the age. Visually looks well. Need attention to several areas ⚠️
Vehicle interior is in average condition.
All expected for the age makes a usable car but expect issues in future.
A structurally sound vehicle with no evidence of major accident damage or significant corrosion with expected surface corrosion underside and on some fuel lines, power steering pipes and rear hydraulic suspension pipes, some inner surface corrosion and some rust corrosion in front right engine bay leg/strut area.
Part of the service history.
Prior to purchase, consideration must be given to the collective cost involved in the rectification of the desirable items listed within the report. These items should be reflected in the purchase price of the vehicle or rectified before purchase.
See my attached video feedback.
Please call me back once you have reviewed all report in detail.
Expect average repairs bills around £2000 every time you will visit repair shop. Last recent few repairs already start to creep up.
