I have been in the motor trade for over 30 years, my family owned Stirchley Service Station since 1971.I am fully qualified to City and Guilds level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology.I was a RAC Patrolman for nearly 18 years.I am now an independent motor vehicle engineer, I carry out warranty and finance inspections for 3 of the largest inspection companies in the UK and carry out vehicle pre purchase inspections for both of the big breakdown clubs over the past 5 years.
I have recently successfully obtain ATA Light Vehicle Technician Certificate and completed a MOT Technician course.

I opted for the premium service as the car i was interested in was quite expensive and a 9 hour drive away. It was easy to book and set up. The day before the inspection the engineer Arron called me and explained what he was planning and asked if I had any specific requests. Immediately after the examination Arron called me and explained the issues he had found and talked me through them which was helpful because then i could understand that although he had found several error codes on the management system these were all related to one fault. The dealership immediately went into action to fix the issue. I was very happy that i invested in this service , it saved me a 9 hour drive to then find this issue and have to stay overnight while it was fixed. The quality of the report and photos I received from Arron was very high quality and comprehensive , I am a totally satisfied customer. If all the engineers are as thorough and competent as Arron you will not be disappointed by this service.

Really pleased with service. I only booked on Thursday afternoon and was conducted at 08.00 am on Friday. Report detail and photos were very helpful but being non motor mechanics savvy the phone call and explanation from Aaron was great. hi.I was most impressed with the examiner and his manner. He covered all aspects of what was the problem. He was most helpful and explained what he was doing, The only thing I am disappointed with is that he does not have the power to follow this through with the garage as this would make things a lot easier.
